1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Oxta you agree to these terms. Oxta is operated by Blink Vigilance Systems Corp.
2. Description of Service
Oxta is an AI-powered expense tracking application for iOS. Features include receipt scanning, email forwarding, expense categorization, and tax-ready export reports.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide a valid email address.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security.
- One account per person.
4. Subscription and Billing
Oxta offers a free tier and a Pro subscription at $7.99/month (CAD). Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store. Cancellations take effect at end of billing period. No refunds for partial months.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Oxta to:
- Submit false or fraudulent expense data
- Attempt to reverse engineer the application
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Share account credentials with others
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of Oxta is also governed by our Privacy Policy at oxta.money/privacy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Oxta name, logo, and application are owned by Blink Vigilance Systems Corp. You may not use our branding without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Oxta is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI receipt scanning. Always verify exported data before filing taxes. Oxta is not a licensed tax advisor.
9. Limitation of Liability
Blink Vigilance Systems Corp. is not liable for any tax filing errors, financial losses, or damages arising from use of Oxta.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
